As President & Chief Executive Officer of Workforce, Zach Roberts’ responsibilities include general oversight, supervision, and evaluation of the overall operations of the company and the performance of the Work Injury Management, Employer Services, and Medical Bill Repricing Divisions.
Roberts started managing work injury claims in 2012 with Workforce as the Services Director. In 2015, he was named Executive Director and entered into a corporate partnership with the original founder of Workforce to mutually own the company. He was then named the President & Chief Executive Officer of the newly formed corporate entity in 2018.
He is a native of the Pittsburgh, PA area. He attended Pittsburgh Central Catholic High School and earned both his Bachelor’s Degree & Master’s Degree in Business Administration from South University.
